Office Manager (CV1340-136) - Reentry Services Division
$12.00/Hr to $13.00/Hr, together with benefits package.
The Office Manager will report to the Program Director. The responsibilities are clerical in function, with the primary focus of maintaining timely and accurate financial records that meet the standards of funding sources and Volunteers of America and performs clerical and office duties as assigned by the Director.
The employee in this position must possess High School Diploma or GED. Two years experience in financial record keeping is preferred. Working knowledge of computer software, specifically Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, and Word. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Able to travel locally. Valid drivers license preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
