MWC is a high volume, fast- paced, multi-office law firm representing Mortgage Lenders, Banks and Financial Institutions in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, DC, Virginia and Florida through the Foreclosure and Bankruptcy legal process.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Maintain HR Files Assist with scheduling and orientation of new employees Payroll Processing Administer benefit programs including invoice reconciliation Help with interview set up and job offers Skills needed:
Highly organized Maintain high level of confidentiality Excel and Microsoft Word Skills (intermediate to advanced) Strong written and oral communication skills This is a part-time position, 15 hours per week with immediate availability.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
