We're looking for a part-time, administrative professional with a focus on patron service to join our theatre company staff.
Our part-time House Manager will coordinate and maintain inventory for Concessions, Bar, and House, and will work in a Patron-facing capacity for our live stage productions.
20-hour work week Moderately flexible hours Company matched IRA Paid time off Energetic, creative, friendly work environment On the job training Discount on youth program tuition
Responsibilities:
Manage stock/inventory Manage cleaning and facility service providers & schedule Staff performances in either Box, Concessions or Bar Maintain checklists for House positions Manage concession and bar product rotation, pricing, profit margin per product Coordinate house and volunteer scheduling Work with staff to develop new product offerings Maintain fundraising supplies Participate in pre-show marketing tasks
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail Excellent administrative skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to collaborate & interact with patrons and staff at all levels Minimum 21 years of age Ability to provide excellent customer service & support Experience with Tix.
