Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to company recipes and specifications - Monitor food quality and ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies - Operate cash register and handle customer transactions using Aloha POS system - Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering questions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a pizza kitchen - Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating cooking times - Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Understanding of food safety regulations and practices Note:
