Responsibilities:
-Learn how to work the makeline, cut table and make food prep.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records by updating account information - Utilize data entry skills to input and update customer information in the system - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Sales experience or a willingness to learn sales techniques - Proficient in data entry and computer skills This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service.
