The ideal candidate provides top notch customer service to our residents, while prioritizing and completing work orders in a timely fashion.
What You Bring To Us:
Experience in building maintenance Proficiency in plumbing and electrical Efficiently handles resident service requests Excellent customer service skills Completion of work and repair orders in a timely fashion Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Assist with other areas of business demands as needed Property Maintenance Technician
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.
g.
electrical wiring) Install and maintain water supply systems Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.
g.
leaks) Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
Repair domestic appliances (e.
g.
washing machines) and fixtures (e.
g.
sinks) etc.
Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems (air-conditioning units, furnaces, radiators, boilers etc.
) HVAC a plus Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload and complete tasks in a timely manner Job Type:
