Responsibilities:
Must be able to assist users with the installation, relocation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
Must monitor and complete all support and project related tasks and activities.
Must enter, monitor, and complete all entries in the Support Desk tracking system, which includes stating the issues, listing all troubleshooting steps, providing a resolution, and marking the records as complete.
Must be able to analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
Must monitor security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
facilitates IT security audits or investigations.
Must develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
Must provide end-user support in person and via remote connectivity.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science4
years of experience as an IT Specialist.
Must have basic understanding of SQL.
Must have knowledge with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System)Must have hands on experience with networking and hardware.
Must be proficient in Microsoft product offerings.
