- Perform make-ready cleaning for vacant apartments, ensuring they are move-in ready.
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash and recycling bins - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
Experience:
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks - Good time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes - Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Note:
