Responsibilities include:
Greet clients as they enter the salon Handle payment transactions Answer phones in a timely and professional manner Accurately schedule client appointments and build relationships in person, over phone, and through email Facilitate clear communication between desk, assistants, and stylists Ensure wait area and desk are clean, organized, and stocked Maintain pleasant desk environment and problem solve during high-traffic times of day Assist clients with questions about services and products Job Types:
