Ensure efficient and effective customer experiences including:
Karaoke service delivery Checking customers in and out and introducing them to our system and product Party package delivery - decorations, party host (mostly for kids) Ensuring overall store is always in customer-ready state:
keeping suites clean! Taking food orders from customers, picking up and delivering to suites, as well as entering into system Take bookings by phone or in-person and putting into online booking system Qualifications Experience working with all age groups including kids What else? Enjoys working with people Enjoys music and karaokegood singing voice NOT required Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting Availability on nights and weekends Job Type:
