6 months Bi-lingual Receptionist Office Location:
216 Haddon Avenue Westmont, NJ 08619 Primary Duties:
checking in customers, answering general questions, pulling up cases and reviewing CXN confirming current address and phone # managing wait list scheduling appointments (by managing calendars in outlook) cleaning and restocking front area clearing voicemails and drop box (scan docs from drop box) messaging HBC's by using teams updating customer sign in sheet other clerical duties as needed.
Requirements:
At least 18 years old and a High School Diploma/GED is required Prior experience in an office setting Prior data entry experience preferred, not required if you have the typing skills! Ability to communicate effectively Computer experience preferred Organized and able to handle a busy environment Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
