Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients Serve as the primary contact for providing white glove support and problem resolutions for clients Participate in special projects for growth and development as needed Follow established procedures, update documentation, assume ownership of end-user issues and strive to provide excellent service to all business partners Maintain required documentation and records to meet best practices Strive to meet individual and team goals Requirements Demonstrate a friendly and professional phone demeanor Possess experienced interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and vendors People-oriented - enjoy interacting with others and working on group projects Have excellent customer service skills and written skills Demonstrate positive and professional behavior with customers and coworkers Have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
